There is nothing I did not like about working with Amare.

Company values: takes care of people, fosters growth and coaching/training, rewards top performers, no politics. The company works with great relationship experts, who provide solid advice and really care about helping people be happy in their love lives. Teams are proud of what they do, and care about doing a great job. It's great to work with smart, driven individuals, who work hard to create results. Even working virtually, there's a strong culture of collaboration.

Tight budget and very streamlined teams, so it's hard to get everything done with low resources. Top performers usually work long hours and expectation is very high (while most of this is driven by their own passion, burnout can still occur.) Virtual environment sometimes gets lonely, and the team doesn't meet very often.
