Pros
Good working environment, work life balance and various incentives from HR. Managers easy to approach. Good at attracting foreign talent, but only at very senior positions.
Cons
Several teams resist change. Advantages such as flex schedule and remote working do not apply to everyone, especially in teams without many internationals. People without a sufficiently high level of English tend to enter due to politics.
