Worst management which is full of politics and who di not know about products n keep wasting time in meetings n in micromanagement. Senior people are since childhood n nobody cant say anuthing against them and HRs are not transparent and never take employees feedback prooerly. Poor management because of which people are leaving. Work is monotonous. Nithing new to learn. Seniors should join govt jobs as they just come for attendance.
