      Pros

      The bonus! once you manage to be fake for an year, provide an awful costumer service and suck eggs without expressing any opinion in order to make management looks good. Be friend with HR.

      Cons

      Morale is low and you will probably get bored of all the american (express) jargon. Don’t expect any training, get use to loads of staff motivational talks instead.
