Pros

-Great people, very approachable -Flexible/hybrid roles -Lots of opportunities to grow outside of your role and work in other teams

Cons

-Many roles aren’t fixed and your responsibilities will change often. -People are quietly expected to be available outside of working hours. -Those who are outside of commercial or product teams are not seen as essential.

Pros

Flexible working hours good work/life balance

Cons

Honestly, this is one of the worst places I’ve worked. It feels disorganized and badly run, with people constantly getting new titles and responsibilities they clearly don’t have the experience for. Direction changes all the time, and instead of improving things it just creates confusion and frustration. The culture is extremely controlling. Micromanagement is everywhere, and decisions are pushed top-down with little to no input from the people actually doing the work. There’s a strong silence culture—people are genuinely afraid to speak up because it can backfire. You either stay quiet or risk being sidelined. It also feels very cliquey: if you’re in the inner circle, you get recognition and praise; if you’re not, you’re ignored until you’re no longer needed. There’s a huge gap between how the company presents itself and what it’s actually like inside. They talk a lot about being candidate-first, but the employee experience is honestly poor. There’s little to no real opportunity for growth, and despite hiring capable people, they’re not trusted or empowered to do their jobs.

Pros

Smart and talented employees, office center of Stockholm

Cons

Very toxic and unprofessional environment with leaders that have no idea what they are doing. They keep changing titles without having any real knowledge or experience of what they actually take on. Very cult like, with micromanagement and dictatorship characteristics and zero psychological safety. They either praise and celebrate you (if you are one of them) or never appreciate or even mention you, until they throw you away like yesterday's trash. They pride themselves in being a candidate first company, while their employee experience is one of the lowest possible. No room for growth and personal development. Shame that they hire smart and talented people only to tell them what to do.
