      The forging industry is very diverse and there is a lot to learn especially as an engineer.

      Cons

      Managment could do a better job of streamlining the workflow and increase productivity . There no sense of urgency in some work center

      Great stable place for whom don't need competitive pay, and pay is not needed.

      Cons

      Micro management, no growth, no cell phone usage, no education support. No work life balance.
