      I successfully joined the company Altudo 1.5 months back, I must say that my onboarding process was so smooth and I felt so welcoming in the organization because of my HR Shilpa Gupta. HR team has been really supportive and prompt in response. The team is really co-operative and they understand the pain points of the employees thus creating a very friendly environment. Though its work from home policy but team celebrations have always been on priority, be it birthday celebrations or work-place anniversary, personal celebrations, team members have always been celebrating the happiness with each other. Best place to work.

      - plenty of opportunities to grow in your career - the company does not just look at number of years of experience before giving you opportunities or promoting you - if you have the talent and the aptitude, they will promote you - excellent exposure in working directly with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies - CEO spends time personally in helping define career path for leaders within the organization and help identifying trainings, books and learnings which enables them to move to the next level - Company is investing heavily in it's resources in terms of trainings, onsite opportunities both short term and long term

      Cons

      - if you cannot manage your own time, then you will not be able to keep pace. Work flies in from all directions and you need to be good at time and expectation management
