After all these cons the pros become ZERO (0) - A Company which doesn't pays salary on time (every month its is after 10th) - A Company which fires people believing stupid managers who don't know A,B,C of technology and project management. - A Company that eats your money while relieving you giving nonsense excuses. - No Proper project plan and execution. - No process followed - No proper documentation, architecture - WORST HRs with employee harassment policies. Especially the top lady in the HR who is the worst among all and don't have any brains to think. - Be prepared to get fired if that stupid manager of yours is not satisfied with you even if you are the best resource who is doing all the hardwork. - Overall its better to avoid this company even if you get less salary somewhere else.. Money is not always the point, dignity, respect and peace of mind in work place is also important
