Pros

decent pay for an auto parts delivery, compared to other auto parts companies friendly and supportive coworkers non-stressful work environment Warehouse managers were great to work with you were given a set route Would work here again if given the opportunity

Cons

they chose the worst and smallest CARS for delivery routes, that could barely fit some of their most common auto parts into (such as MUFFLERS) They should have invested in a few pick up trucks instead of wasting money on tiny KIA cars. sales-side Management likes to micromanage over the most petty things Bruce was a great manager, but you could tell he was not enjoying his time there Chris and Dale were fantastic warehouse managers You were being watched like a hawk, with real-time GPS trackers in each vehicle. You were not allowed to stop at a gas station to get a coffee while filling the company car with gas.. Business no longer in operation on the mainland

Pros

Parent company took action and removed the president recently. This lifted the "black cloud" from the business and now the employees are able to perform and complete the project of turn around this great business unit. The leadership now in place is awesome!

Cons

Small operating unit being crushed by the large parent company and they (parent) do not really seem to understand. The base business model is strong, but the business seems burdened by the parent company's operating style of "the way we've always done it" being applied here. I am not optimistic that this will ever improve. Losing a ton of very good people because of this.

Pros

This company failed to address the ongoing harassment and the toxic work environment, as well as the issues of discrimination and prejudice. I reported these legitimate concerns to HR, but they sided with management and dismissed my claims of bullying and harassment. As a result, I faced social isolation, while they inaccurately labeled me as distant. Additionally, I stood up for a colleague with a disability who was being bullied and harassed, even though they were too afraid to defend themselves. In return, my performance was unfairly criticized. Having worked at a different location for over a year with a much better experience before starting my own business, I see clearly the detrimental impact of work politics and prejudices based on race and character. This experience has been profoundly troubling, and I refuse to forget the injustices I faced.se to forget the injustices I faced.

Cons

-toxic work environment -work politics
