      Really, the only appeal to working at this job is that the insurance is free.

      The shifts are very long and the pay is near the bottom of the industry.

      Pros

      Lot of great people to work with. Senior sys admin is amazing. Programmers are all great. Office staff are usually pretty friendly.

      IT director leaves a lot to be desired...like a lot....

      Benefits are decent once you get them.

      Cons

      Safety isn’t a big issue even though they preach it. Not treated very well. 30 minute lunch in 12 hour shift is all you get. Pay is poor compared to job being done.
