Low pay Dispatch has no sense of knowledge on best practices for minimizing company cost. Management is incompetent, For $12/hr they expect you to dedicate your life to them. They are quick to give you points for being late but will not compensate you when dispatch continuously fails to dispatch you home ONTIME.
