      They hire you with a salary, and they lower it without reason. Schedules are not advanced, and you cannot plan your life.

      You get to keep your tips.

      Cons

      They don’t maintain the vehicle clean at all times like promised. Always out or wiper fluid, and the team at the depot gets grouchy if you ask them to fill it.
