Avoid it - Assistant Project Manager Altimate Electric Employee Review

Working at Altimate Electric I finally enjoy coming to work because I feel as if I am valued and truly supported in my role here. I take pride in Altimate's core values. I feel that I am surrounded with co-workers who are encouraging, helpful, and straightforward. Just all around a great work environment to grow in that is professional, flexible, understanding, and adaptable to hybrid/remote work for most office employees. I look forward to my future here at Altimate Electric.

Nothing negative to say, Altimate is a growing company and with that no one is as afraid of making changes that need to happen in order to continue to grow and move forward.

None that I could see...

1. Toxic leaders and toxic teammates. 2. Promises not kept made at time of hire. Very manipulating management tactics. 3. Buy in on the collective and you are rewarded well. If not expect to be ran off. 4. Safety is a conversation/idea not a culture. 5. Trust absolutely no one, the second you do your done. 6. Supporting corporate culture with lunches, breakfast, networking events and new vehicles is the number 1 priority here. 7. Support for field employees is slim to none. Never in all my career have I ever been treated so poorly by a company.
