You will learn how to set a meeting on the phone, and how to mirror tonality. You will be required to read a Radical Candor, Gap Selling, Never Split the Difference, which are great. Most of the tactics learned from leadership are actually from these books. You will be able to finish your work in 3-4 hours max and spend your time how you choose.
Cons
Leadership is unstable, unfair, hypocritical and has a spoiled bully mentality. There is no opportunity for growth apart from SDRing and low level management (if that). There is a a revolving door of employees and clients.

Let’s acknowledge that this review is left after a big tech bubble burst, where most companies did huge layoffs while we kept all our employees. Sure the growth opportunities were diminished and we were unable to deliver high growth but we provided job security for all our employees.
SDRs can make a ton of money and our top performers have taken $50K+ in commissions in a year, but if you’re in the bottom 20% of performers you’re not making much and you’re likely to leave, that system is built like that on purpose.
