Pros
At least with the two brances I worked at, each had a relaxed atmosphere, approachable management and flexible work schedules.
Cons
Corporate management leaves much to be desired. Communication is poor between HQ and individual stores. I was released without warning on issues I attempted to address early on as store manager but received no feedback so I simply gave up trying to fix the problem.
