Pros

Even though we lost a lot of momentum, I believe the product is still a game-changer. There are still a lot of cool, hard working people. The newer people aren't aware of the culture shift, so I can see why and how the company can and will likely succeed in the end. It is a new era for sure.

Cons

It doesn't feel like home anymore. The attrition is alarming and depressing. So many key, OG people have walked away, and I will soon be one of them. HR has been disappointing for a while, but they completely dropped the ball with the Marshall fires and Ukraine crisis. Most of my colleagues and friends are burnt out and struggling. There are some people in positions of power and influence who appear unstable and malicious in their words and actions.

Hi there and thanks for taking time to leave your feedback. As hard as it was to read, I want you to know how impactful your words are. Our company has been built over the past 25 years by people just like our co-founders who started out with an idea and translated that into a vision, and then into a product and solution set that we believe can make an important contribution to the world. And as we grow we will continue to welcome new people to the company, but that cannot be at the expense of those who have helped it reach the heights it has. While I'm grateful that you didn't leave with resentment or frustration, we want Alteryx to be a place where everyone is welcomed and feels at home. If you're willing to spend some time in a confidential conversation, please don't hesitate to reach out as I'd be grateful for additional feedback on where we can improve. Thanks, David

Pros

Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

Cons

You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
