Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. As difficult as it is to read, I respect that your experience during your time with the company failed to meet your expectations. On behalf of the leadership team, please accept my apology for what sounds like it was a very uncharacteristic associate experience. While I've only been with the company a few months, the HR team are among the hardest-working colleagues I've worked with in my career; I'm sorry that you felt unsupported when it sounds like you needed us most. I'm glad that you have a positive perspective ons some of the recent leaders who have joined the company. We're focused on building on the strong foundation that the founders and so many fantastic colleagues have laid for the company over the past two decades. While the leadership team and employees of any company will evolve over time, I know I speak for my executive colleagues when I say that our commitment to being a values-based company will remain a focal point for our work.
