Terrible management not enough staff - Anonymous employee Alterna Savings Employee Review

In adequate pay, terrible management, supervisors sabotage employees they don't like to fail. Vacation freeze for the summer, overtime and short staffed lead to high stress causing human error yet management took no accountibility nor helped employees. No understanding for errors under extremely high pressure times and gave poor reviews for a very hard working team. If you have a disability don't bother telling your manager they don't care and don't help. Supervisors also talk about other employees in a negative way creating a hostile environment.
