Great work environment, team approach to gaining new customers. Being located in South Orange County doesn't hurt either! I would recommend Altec to any prospective employees.

The cons perhaps could be some things that are consistent with smaller businesses. The health benefits are pretty paltry and there is no management participation in 401K.

Salary not competitive compared to very close tech hubs of Silicon Valley and Seattle. Always having to prove your worth, even for seasoned, successful employees. Really no way to move up the ladder unless you create your own success.
