      Pros

      Good pay, good insurance...if you sell your soul..they feed the slaves instead of giving up bonuses. As long as you understand you ain't got nothing coming you're be fine...

      Cons

      Not being about to look yourself in the mirror..cause you're a boy ! And should be happy to work here..

      Pros

      The best benefits I've ever had. They'll pay for your college education and assist with your kids education. Competitive salary. Love people I work with. Lots of training available. Safety/quality is very important. I learn something new every day because there's so many sides to this industry. I love keeping my brain engaged.

      Cons

      College degree valued more than your experience with no growth track for you if you don't. Women have to work much harder to be considered for higher paying positions.

      Favoritism, policy only matters when higher ups want it to. Equipment poorly maintained if ever.
