Pros
Pay and benefits were nice- but they don’t do raises, and the expectation seem higher and higher the longer you work They are cutting pay-so the pay isn’t really a pro
Cons
This place is so unbelievably toxic on all levels. Aaron the ceo is so unbelievably unprofessional, and abusive to the management team. District managers were bullies, the would belittle and berate team members resulting in tears. They claim “people first culture” but they treat people as replaceable. They would offer no support or coaching, district management would use threats to get their way. We could never maintain staff because of the high expectations with no payroll support. They treat stores as fulfillment centers to ship out orders. The dress code is awful, they run this place like a cult so it doesn’t surprise me they want us to look the same. They also don’t care about diversity, Aaron has said so himself. Aaron hides behind the company being mostly woman but says disparaging things about women and feminism. With secret shops, NPS(customer surveys) you’ll be on constant high alert[high anxiety)-bad scores lead to a lot of abuse, a lot of bad scores could be fixed if weren’t so short staffed all the time from people quitting all the time because they were burnt out. Do not work here if you want work life balance, the pay is not worth it.
