Believe the reviews... this place made me feel like I sold my soul to the devil in exchange for high pay. They provide little to no training but will overpromise during the interview because they are trying to meet a hiring deadline. The district leaders only care about covering their own butts and how great your janitorial skills are. They will expect you to get complex visual tasks done within a timeframe nobody can realistically meet. More often than not people work off the clock to get their projects finished because they are scared of the consequences of going into overtime and also not meeting their deadlines. Store managers are working on their days off and have no work-life balance. They are terrified of their uppers and everyone fears being fired. I stayed in my position because I adored my coworkers and team, but as someone with experience in the industry, this place needs some serious rehabilitation in its internal culture. You will work your hardest and see your team push themselves and then be told by someone that gets to work from home that they aren't working hard enough for sales. They will use the word inspire to the point it feels like nails down a chalkboard. They will drain you of all your passion and deliver assessments that are a slap in the face. DO NOT WORK HERE and DO NOT DO VISUALS. They will set you up to fail and then blame their oversights on you. They also throw PIPs at anyone they deem as inconsistent by using some arbitrary form of measurement. Again, run for the hills unless you are trying to eventually be interviewed down the road for the next crazy documentary on Netflix.
