Where do i start? Friday company calls were an emotional roller coaster. Some days great and inspirational, something you expect going into the weekend. Other days was a one way yelling match. The things or results could have been private and shared with that store. Not really motivating. Another time the ceo shared that a store manager sent him a thank you email and he stated he choose not to reply because this manager didn’t believe in Gallup and had some other petty comments about said manager. Not real mature or motivating. Store managers are held to a higher standard than others in store and basically just told by their district manager to accept unacceptable behavior because that’s not surprising behavior by said associates. Even though this behavior easily could result in a lawsuit i guess that doesn’t matter. You are asked to take “anonymous” surveys……they are not anonymous so still mind your manners. There is a lot of manipulation and attempts to turn things around on you. Basically if you want to just be told what to do and not share your frustrations, this is for you. And if you want to be told to just ignore behaviors that could result in a lawsuit for the company, you know the rest. I have never felt more disrespected in a company. But here we are.
