it’s fun and can be a great environment with the right people

Cons

low pay - base pay used to be $17 an hour and now it’s $13 and they don’t increase it over time

Poor Management, unwelcoming environment, confusing policies, high turnover, lack of empathy, poor communication, passive aggressive management, high burnout, no employee appreciation whatsoever.
