Great coworkers, flexibility with scheduling, friendly manager
Cons
Very corporate, responsibilities in regards to greeting guests slightly unnecessary and oftentimes awkward

The women that get hired here are competent and want to do a good job.
Cons
Literally everything else. Leadership is horrible and does not care about standing up for their employees. The CEO prides himself on employing 90+% women but then screams at said women in every meeting. He often called meetings to "teach women how to be better wives and mothers." Seriously, don't work here if you value yourself at all. I wouldn't even recommend shopping here if you care about actually supporting women.
