      Pros

      Sleep in your own bed every night or day. Good workers on the union side.

      Cons

      Very poorly run with some of the worst work culture i have ever worked in. Management and ownership is completely toxic. What was once decent turned highly unbearable. Always a witch hunt to fire people yet they barely have enough people to run on a consistant basis.

      The location makes it desirable. In town

      It is severely understaffed all departments have been turned into silos to create animosity in the group. Nothing can be done without the approval of micro managing overseer's say so. Extremely high turn over of employees
