Pros
I joined this company over a year ago without prior knowledge in the industry and I think it's the best step forward in my career I could have taken. I have discovered, they make me work very hard which I did not like at first, but then I realised it's the only way forward to support my future. I built my knowledge on the industry and relevant expertise, with the help of my managers and colleagues that are very supportive. Now I feel all the hard work I have done is getting me to higher stages and the company values its hard working employees, and there is always reward! It's also a very social company and values social activities to build a stronger team moving forward. I appreciate working for a company that looks to expand and values it's employees input!
Cons
As I mentioned before, I sometimes have to do longer hours and hard work which isn't always great. However looking back in hindsight I appreciate the effort I put in much more as I got more knowledge and expertise out of it, making me more efficient at my job.
