Should you have an open dialogue with them, they tend to take care of their employees they want to keep around.
Cons
Communication is extremely poor. There's management meetings every single day for an hour plus and sales representatives are the last to know things and the first to be blamed. They harp on mistakes even if you bring in thousands of order lines and potentially mix up one line.
