      There is no pro's but there is a lot of con's

      Cons

      The mangement is very rude and talk to you like you a peice of trash. Unsafe equiement and they tell you to run on a flat tire anyaways. My husband told them that he resign. They said he was termited and he already quit that same day. Run from this place and don't ever work for them. This was for Ryder

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
