      The pay is good, also the health insurance is great

      Cons

      Managers running departments that don't care once the material is loaded. No consistency on starting time since they can't seem to get transfer shuttles there on time more than one day a week.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
