      Pros

      Good rates off pay.good pension and health care.clean and tidy place to work.

      Cons

      Since being taken over by Dean foods around 5 years ago the current UK management time has a blame culture.now has a high staff turnover and high absence rate due to stress.12 hour shifts give poor work./life valence.2 weekends off out of 8.

      Okay salary Private healthcare Individual departments work really hard for the business.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture. Carries out typical surveys for improvement but doesn't take the time to know personel. Unsafe high risk environment (at times)
