      great products great people lots of potential for plant based in the world

      Even more pressure on numbers since takeover by Danone The brand is no longer controlled from Gent but from Paris Lot's of good people leaving Lack of clear leadership and direction from new general manager

      Okay salary Private healthcare Individual departments work really hard for the business.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture. Carries out typical surveys for improvement but doesn't take the time to know personel. Unsafe high risk environment (at times)
