Pros
Consistent schedule, clean office environment, a few friendly people
Cons
*They told me in the interview that I can't discuss pay. they start some employees at $15 an hour and some at $16 or $17. It feels super shady considering we are all in entry level positions doing the same exact work. *the leads on the teams are incompetent and immature. they care more about pretending to work and 'playing the game' than actually doing what's best for their team. they waste time in 'meetings' most days, which really means them gossiping in the conference room, wasting time. *the expectations for the job are blatantly contradictory. in the same breath, they ask you to take time with each patient on the phone and also take as many calls as you can. it's simply impossible to both. They don't care. They care about making themselves look good to the upper management. *Company follows Mormon standards for dress code. Must cover all tattoos. Men can't have a beard, for crying out loud. it was basically taken right from Mormon doctrine on dress. Totally inappropriate and unnecessary. *You will get shamed and questioned for taking time off. if you don't make your 40 hours in the week, they will push you to make it up in any way possible. *on a company level, everyone is always fighting. like a previous review said, I spend more time fighting with people WITHIN MY OWN COMPANY, rather than patients themselves. it's very infuriating and ridiculous.
