Your comments about training are correct. Although we have a product training for our customers, we haven't made that available to new employees. It's a great idea, and we're going to pursue it.
Some of your other comments are a little difficult to reconcile with the general sense that I get from talking to our current employees. For example, we have weekly lunches, social events and regular talks that seem to have been very effective at building a small but highly collaborative and friendly team. The level of chatter and excitement in our office does not seem to imply a workplace where everyone keeps to themselves. Still, it's important that everyone on the team feel valued and connected, so I'll bring the points that you've made to the attention of the management team.
