      Pros

      The best work environments are found here. I have improved my patience and have gotten to know coworkers and people on a personal as well as professional level. The management team has excellent working relationships, and all my colleagues are wonderful people.

      Cons

      Management moves your target consistently. I don’t believe this is done to be stressful but because management is not focused.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Cons

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
