Pros
Some of the people I worked with were genuinely kind and supportive, especially a few teammates who helped me through tough times. The CEO is a rare ehumble, respectful, and approachable, which was refreshing in contrast to the rest of the leadership experience
Cons
Unfortunately, my time here was mentally exhausting. A significant issue lies in how the senior staff operates some are part-time contributors who still hold disproportionate control over decisions, often dismissing the efforts and voices of junior employees. Internal politics run deep, and favoritism is hard to ignore. What made things worse was the toxic behavior of one senior colleague who consistently undermined and harassed younger team members including me. It created a suffocating atmosphere where speaking up felt risky.
Despite genuinely wanting to contribute and grow, I felt constantly cornered, unsupported, and mentally drained. The lack of accountability and empathy from the management pushed me to resign in less than six months.
It’s disheartening that in a company with potential, such behavior is allowed to continue unchecked. Until there's a serious shift in culture, I wouldn’t recommend this workplace for freshers or those seeking a healthy, growth-oriented environment.
