- small & Cozy office in Suntec city - No KPI (needs a lot of self-discipline)
Cons
- Unclear Commission scheme (deficit was not mentioned in the letter of employment), therefore contributing to many dis-agreements and disappointment - the managing director is clueless about leading and managing employees - No employee engagement activities - Boring and sleepy environment with colleagues who only fend for themselves
