First, if you come anytime after 11:15am then they will mark half day and on top of that you still have to work nine hours which is full shift anyways. Second they are absolutely stingy in paying. Max to max twenty thousand if you have experience. For Freshers it's even less but the goel brothers for some reason still believe they pay the best Third you are not allowed to go out of office for more than 40 min. They expect you to just work n work n work Fourth - they don't even have separate toilets for men and women .... Fifth- when you join they will say you will get appraisal every six month which has never happened and if you check with them they will just make some or the other excuse and finally when they give you hike it won't be more than two thousand per month that too if you have worked extremely hard Next they just give you one day leave per month and there is no concept of sick leave there. And in a year they will just give 8 days national holidays. In sort they will grab every opportunity to suck your money Next - they want you to give them work equivalent of some MNc company but they will pay you salary of peon Next there is no carrier progression ....what so ever Next the CTO there thinks he is smarter than bill gates and thinks he can tweek agile methodologies as per his will. He will set projects deadline himself and if you don't meet which always happens he will simply say you committed but never deliver on time List is big guys ..... In sort please don't join it's better to be jobless than to work here.
