Cons
- Essentially a sales role where you have to meet targets which is not made that clear when applying - If you are not naturally driven by that you will feel like you are harassing people however good monetary compensation if you like sales - Long hours with limited work life balance, expected to be reachable way before and after work hours (need to be in office 8.30-6.30 but most people stay longer) - Micro management, as they only promote from within the culture is amplified with little influx from people who have other work experience and can add other perspectives
