Pros

- All of your co-workers are fresh out of college/young like you - Direct path toward promotion (manager in 2 years, VP in 4-5) - They do their best to improve company culture

Cons

- LONG hours - 8am-6pm are official hours, which they don’t tell you when you interview - The job is so draining. You essentially have to call/dm/harass other business professionals to get them to talk to you & eventually to your clients - If you’re anything other than an extrovert, AVOID THIS JOB. Too much social interaction expected of you with both the clients/experts and also your young coworkers - cause ya know, they gotta keep up appearances and organize ‘fun’ events in the workplace - Everyone is tired but pretending not to be. Generally an insanely toxic and ‘fast paced’ (derogatory) place to work. - The ‘performance pay’ is not what they portray it to be during the interview process - they drop the ball on you last minute.

Pros

All around really great people culture, for the most part everyone is super driven and willing to help You definitley do earn early responsibility especially if you show early aptitude It's fun getting to own client relationship at a young age

Cons

Work and day can be tedious and feel repetitive, you must like talking to people all day, every day The hurdle performance tracking can be stressful for younger Associates Increasingly tighter competition as clients seek to find cheaper alternatives Exit opportunities can feel limited to account management/customer success work
