4yThank you for taking the time to review us. Some of our managers are new to the role, and they can only gain experience and skill if we invest in them. We have robust HR and PD processes that help them get up to speed quickly and course-correct when needed. It's also very important that all of our managers display high levels of empathy for their team members.
Concerning the long hours, we are not the average 9-5 business. Like many professional services roles, this is a high-performance environment, and our hours mirror those of our high-calibre clients. Therefore, you will be required to work longer hours from time to time to meet our clients' needs. With that said, we offer a generous vacation package and encourage our employees to take time off so they can rest and recharge. Alongside this, our Employee Assistance Program gives employees access to confidential, short-term counselling and work/life services should they require additional support.
On a final note, we believe AlphaSights is a great stepping stone for many career paths, with our alumni using the skills they gained with us to progress onto a range of roles and disciplines with some of the top employers and MBA programs in the world.
