What I've appreciated most is how much autonomy you get over your own career. I've been able to take on responsibility early, learn a ton, and grow quickly without anyone holding me back.

It's fast-paced and the bar is high. You've got to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. But honestly, if you like being challenged and want to develop fast, it's a great place to do that.
