Pros
Compensation can be good if you are in the right team. Great (not professional) environment and friendly colleagues. Made good friends! Young workforce.
Cons
0 Exit oppportunities. Poor people managers. They are elevated simply for their sales performance, and they rely on p2p training. Problem is: managers who volunteer to lead trainings are usually the worse. Boring and tedious tasks: Linkedin and Cold Calling. If you hope to learn anything about an industry, do not work here. Most of the VPs are there just for tenure, but they have no idea what they are doing. Industry growth is still good, so they keep their seats for now. Turnover very high given poor managers. No challenges but high pressure on results, which often are given by external factors.
