AlphaSights has been a great place to start my career. Both the Associate and Manager roles have provided me with valuable skills that will provide me with great opportunities down the road. As an Associate, you get to speak with thought leaders in their respective industries, manage your own clients, and directly impact bottom line. You continue to build on those skills as a Manager where you take on additional roles such as interviewing, people management, and account growth. It is a high growth company and a fast paced environment that requires hard work, resilience, and commercial drive. You are given the opportunity to manage a large book of business and will continue to receive more responsibility if you do well.
Cons
You need to be ok with the fact that we are a growing company. We make mistakes but then we learn from them. While leadership is young, they care a great deal about their employees and genuinely want people to be happy here.
