The CEO/President/Owner is a wonderful person to work for. It is a small business and will give you a family feel. All employees are pleasant and nice to work with. I worked at ART for many years and would recommend taking a position if offered. ART does important work in the Defense Industry and it has been a pleasure working there.

Could use some good people to do sales development.

Some good colleagues and the government contract work is fairly steady.

Micromanaging owner. There is no innovation.
