Poor management and poor startup expectations - Information Security Officer Alpha Recon Employee Review

Although we always take critical reviews to heart, we've been around for a few years and haven't had any of these complaints. Start-ups are start-ups and there are often periods with little or no capital, and there are certainly no guarantees. The job requirements and terms of employment/contracting are very clear and no "promises" are made in a start-up company. This is why stock options are offered in the first place. The company puts its employees first and when there is limited capital, the leadership is always last to eat. In this case, we were dealing with an employee that created a hostile work environment and had to be terminated. It's unfortunate that he felt the need to lash out and didn't appreciate the job as others do. We will continue to be transparent and open about opportunities and risks with our company.
