Great experience - Administration Assistant Alpha Corporate Management Employee Review

When I started at Alpha Corporate Management the team was rather friendly and very welcoming. The office manager informed us of what duties we would be doing, what training was going to be provided and gave us each a booklet filled with information that needed to be learnt before we could pass our training stage. After a few days, although it was hard work I felt highly motivated. Not just professionally, but personally as well. We had been asked to write down our goals, not just for our career, our personal goals as well. Each day we were also given time in the morning and after lunch to watch motivational videos on the web and listen to music. This was to help keep the energy levels in the office high at all times. Alpha Corporate Management really live and breaths their values, encourage and motivate the team. As well as provides the best training. With fantastic Senior Leaders who are visionary and yet approachable. Very proactive to change and progress retaining the client focus as we should in our business.

The interview process is very easy and anyone can get it if you are ambitious and a visionary. After one week into the job i was informed that i will not get paid for the 2 weeks training they will test you and every mistake you make you have to have a cream egg and my record was 12 back to back some guys had more they treat you like school kids Absolutely no respect what so ever pay you almost no money and give you this big dream about their massive commission structure they have which is unrealistic. Make you say its guaranteed return on the clients investment and if you ask them how they will be like you are not meant to know.
