None, pay is horrible, structure and management is awful. Feels like a ponzi scheme. I was young and believed the lies they told me and i payed the price.

B2B is actually B2C and no one knows you're coming, they called security on us for trying to do our job and when reached to management as to feeling unsafe in that environment i was laughed at and asked to go back to the same place security asked us to leave. They ask you to talk to random people in grocery stores because its the only thing open in those areas past 4-5 and the day ends at 6pm, no sales were made so staying at 700 dollars a week BEFORE tax is not livable at all. Overall i have wrinkles from this experience, they will teach you a script, try to have you on the phone everynight after work, sunday group calls and when you dont particpate they guilt trip you. Also they take advantage of POC and internationals, i felt happy at first to be surrounded by black and brown folks like me but quickly realized that our labor was not effictively compensated in comparison to our efforts,once again...... Don't let the diversity of the team fool you they are sell outs that will try to make you feel as one of them just to have struggle outside in New England cold,and being underpayed will they stay in office and touch commission every sell you make.
You will never run an office like they claim, this is pure labour that is not effictively compensated. There are better options on every corner of every street everywhere and their business is a shame and should close ASAP!!!
