You never receive recognition. Supposedly management receives trainings for how to treat people like people, but it still doesn't happen. Expect absolutely no upward mobility unless you've known someone since you were a kid or you mom works here. You will never get a raise, and they will try to keep you at minimum wage for as long as possible.
