Easy job to get decent pay easy to advance to management

Cons

people quitting left and right have to remember policies that constantly change pressure to make at least 2 upgrades a day no help from management need to help staff more lots of petty gossip between co-workers

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
